How AVEDA Florida Beauty Schools Are Eco Friendly

I started my
cosmetology course last week and since then I have learned so much about
Aveda that I didn’t know before. To begin,
Aveda is completely eco-friendly. The
Fort Lauderdale school is the most
eco-friendly cosmetology school in the entire world. All Aveda products are made from flowers and plants, derived from all over the world. So when you wash your hair with Aveda’s shampoos and conditioners you can rest assured that you aren’t damaging the earth or inadvertently killing off wildlife.
Now, you may be wondering where Aveda gets the plant and flowers to make their products.
Aveda gets them from different tribes and civilizations from all over the world.
Aveda pays these civilizations back by building them schools, teaching them how to make medicines with their plants and more. Unlike most western companies, Aveda never tries to push western culture onto these civilizations. Instead, Aveda tries to help better them by incorporating the culture they already have.
From time to time, plants from these tribes are limited, an Aveda has to discontinue some of their products and develop new ones. This is where the difference between Aveda and other well-known companies shows itself. Most companies would choose profit over eco-conciousness and begin growing these plants in laboratories or massive fields. Instead, Aveda searches for new plants to harvest because not only do they strive to set an example of environmental leadership and responsibility in the world of beauty, but also around the world.

I think some folks out there would love to see pictures and articles about the specific regions and cultures that Aveda works with, and to see this in action.

Aveda has been a complete eye opener for me. When I started here I didn’t know much about products or difference between companies, but now Im a true AVEDA lover! All of our products are naturally derived, so you aren’t going to have any build up in your hair from anything from aveda. We at aveda strive to prove to the guest that this is all about them and their own personally experience. It’s not like getting any other hair service, it’s really is an “experience”. So take my advice and just come in and try aveda out, come and experience it for yourself and I promise it will be worth it.
