celestial clarabowThis is an exciting year for Oscar, as this year marks the first year since the 1920s that a silent film “The Artist” has been nominated for Best Pictures.

Considering the success of this film and steampunk inspired films like “Hugo,” I hope this year we see a lot of vintage looks on the red carpet.

Maybe not flapper style dresses, but I hope to see some hairstyles inspired by the period like finger waves and marcel waves.

Clara Bow, a famous starlet from the silent era, was arguably one of the most beautiful starlets to come out of Hollywood. I’ll be watching to this year to see if her look and these great movies inspire some creativity among modern stylists!

Since the oscars are coming up i think this years trendy hair look, is problly gonna be sleek and most likely were going to se alot of updos , using smooth infusion you can get that smooth sleek look before you put your hair in a updo . If u also want to add vloume you can use volumizing tonic to use spray at roots. Once u have your hair in a updo you can use control forse or air control for hold, control forse would be a better choice for maximum hold. You can defiitly get the look you want using Aveda products.
