My favorite day at Aveda has to be Tuesday January 10, 2012 and the reason why I chose this day is for four reasons.

Reason number one:  our class went on a field trip to Birch Park located off of US1 & Sunrise Blvd.  I rode with the Fantastic Four and the members are Lucia who was the driver, and the other passengers were: Mei and Beatrice just because of the perfect harmony we share in class.

The second reason is because I didn’t have to dress in the typical black attire or drag my FatMax (cosmetology tool kit) with me to school. We were asked by our educator to wear color clothing since our field trip was about color activity.

Also, I was able to see my classmates choice of fashion which was very interesting to me because it gave me a glimpse of their personality outside of Aveda.

The third reason why I enjoyed this day is because it was my birthday! (Unrelated to AVEDA as a Beauty School, but made the day that much more special non-the-less)

The fourth reason why I enjoyed this day the most is because we all took a class picture by a huge tree; we laughed together, learned together, ate pizza and hung out at the beach.

Overall the day was successful because I learned about Aveda’s products and formulas to create the perfect hair color for the clients we cater to at our facility in South Florida.
