I grew up in a family business and saw how much reward comes from ownership. I watched my father work long hours but eventually develop a strong reputation that was due to hard work, honesty, loyalty, service, and a fine product. As I watched him succeed I knew that one day I too, wanted to put my name on something, something that I made myself, that I achieved by pushing myself to the limit.

I chose Aveda to help me further my goals because I was impressed with the requirements they enforce and the excellence they demand. This is not any easy task, showing up on days when others are on holiday, putting in long hours on the weekend, etc. but I know that as a future business owner, there will be many times that I will have to put my personal desires on hold to further my company.
