The most rewarding part of making our guests look and feel their best is the sense of satisfaction when your guest look at their finished look for the first time and is at a loss for words.

Giving our guests the knowledge and educating them about our products and the correct way of using them to recreate that same look at home is one of the most gratifying feelings. I am not only helping them to continue the maintenance of the service but also helping them to feel great when I am not around to help them with it.

There have been time when the guest in my chair has shared with me their journey and struggles to get to where they are now. From battles with illnesses, the loss of loved ones, an end to a relationship, to just a bad day at school or the office. This at time reminds me to not always take things for granted. Also, never judge a book by it’s cover. You never know what amazing things you can learn daily from your guests. Knowing that I can be another positive attribute in their life, reassures me that this is what I should be doing.
