My favorite class so far at the AVEDA school here in Orlando is Advanced 1. I like that we continued to perfect what we learned in our intro class and perfected it, as well as learning new techniques and cutting skills. My instructor Nitcha has been a great help to me from learning the 45 to natural to teaching me better ways to set a hard-set. I’m sure as I keep progressing through the program I will continue to be held at the highest standard for hair cutting and coloring techniques.

The AVEDA program is unlike any other cosmetology school that I have ever encountered. The amazing atmosphere can be felt throughout the entire school, all coming from the amazing staff and dedicated students. Everyone is here for the right reasons, which is to make a career in the world of beauty. Every class so far has driven me to be the best I can and to learn the AVEDA way. I also think that AVEDA’s view on the world, from their products being all natural to the ways they give back to communities, inspires us as students to really strive for the best. Also, it humbles us to know that we’re not only helping the people in our chairs but also people all over our world.
