Honestly, my favorite class at AVEDA is everything about A1. We are building from what we had already learned in Intro. Everything is becoming more interesting and less stressful. Do not get me wrong, it is still stressful, but it is a lot more fun and easy going at the same time. I think a lot of it has to do with our class becoming more like a family, so we are always helping each other out, and our educator, Lindsay, is the best! She is very entertaining and always keeps us interested in what we are learning. She is on top of her game, but not to the point where she would make you feel stupid for asking a really elementary type of question.

I also love that we have more than one educator. Since our class is pretty big, it can get hectic when we are doing mannequin work.. so with more than one educator things go a lot more smoothly. I really feel like this is the class where we truly begin to turn into hair stylists, because of the freedom we are allowed. I cannot wait to see what pros we turn into once we reach the master level.
