Well first of all it makes me feel good that they feel good. But I love surprising my guest and showing them things their hair is capable of doing that they thought was impossible. To me making your guest feel good is also a great marketing tool also giving them an experience that they will never forget and always continue to get whenever they see you. Guest walk out with a whole new swag!!! Lol it’s like they become more confident right before my eyes not to mention that they feel compelled to tell others about me because they feel great about themselves and they promote me without me even leaving my chair!!!

There are many benefits to making your guest feel good about themselves it also helps ensure that you stay busy as a stylist, this is my job and I want to do it well so if my guest does not feel good and confident then I feel like I’ve failed them as a stylist. I also try to expose them to new ideas and options they may not know about that would work so great on their hair and they love it because they feel that I am well informed and stay up to date with current trends.. They appreciate it! So in closing their are only positive things that will come from making your guest feel good about themselves,but best of all is they will tell all their friends about you! What better marketing is there than that!!!
