Hello everyone, My name is Melissa and i am a student at the AVEDA INSTITUTE SOUTH FLORIDA!!!!!! Today I am going to tell you about my favorite class here at the Institute. We have a total of 5 phases that include INTRO, A1, A2, Salon Concepts and Masters. I am currently in Salon Concepts. I love EACH and EVERY one of our educators here. They are more than willing to step in and assist us in anything we are doing. They are always teaching us new techniques and better ways to complete our looks.

However this is supposed to be about my favorite class at the INSTITUTE and that would have to be without a doubt MILADY’s!!!!! Milady’s is the class we take once a week to prepare for our state boards with our amazing educator Melody!!!! I love Miladys so much because we are learning techniques the state way, so we are getting the best of both worlds. Melody is always going the extra step with us to prepare us for graduating and PASSING our state test. This is my favorite class because it is giving us a strong base, confidence and peace of mind that we will enter the test center and pass with flying AVEDA colors. This allows us to take our first steps in being great AVEDA hair stylists.
