Healthy Hair Cosmetology Tips
In summer most of us like going to the beach and taking a dip in the ocean, especially here at beauty schools Miami in sunny South Florida. Swimming is a great and very relaxing activity which is extremely beneficial to our body and health. However, we all know that especially after spending time outside with the harsh rays of summer’s sun, the body is in need of nourishment, such as hydration. Without taking the proper care of oneself in these months of fun in the sun, the body will become weak and damaged, inside and outside, including your hair! After spending time in the ocean/sea/pool/etc. it is best to use a clarifying product, such as the AVEDA Suncare 2-in-1 Hair AND Body Cleanser, to remove any residue of chlorine, salt, sunscreen and styling products.
