Since I go to the best beauty school in Florida, I learned the perfect way to maintain and keep the integrity of the hair when dealing with the sun and salt water is AVEDA’s Sun Care line.

The Hair and Body Cleanser is great for removing any build up from salt water, product, and chlorine. However, it doesn’t leave the hair or skin dry, it maintains moisture which is important to me when it comes to any kind of cleanser. After cleansing, following up with the Sun Hair Masque, which revives the hair after long exposure to the sun. I consider the Sun Care Protective Veil to be basically a sunscreen for the hair while at the beach, using before and during is essential to keep the hair healthy. We all know how damaging the sun can be!

When it comes to styling the hair I think it is always the cutest thing to see girls with wavy/curly messy hair that is down or even up in a messy pony. This is look is easily created with damp hair and a little bit of product such as the Be Curly Curl Enhancer. When the hair is damp rub a little through out the hair and diffuse or air dry and you’ll have a great hair style with minimum effort.
