Everyones face is different so theres not just one style or one way to apply makeup. there are many different face shapes that make the decision of how to apply the makeup and what hair style they should have.

with an oval face shape you can almost pull off any hairstyle. oval face shape is considered to be the ideal face. i would use more gold tones to make their natural face to glow with a square face you should have for of jaw length face framing to soften the face. round layers would be good for someone with a square face. for the makeup i would use some blush ro enhance their cheek bones as well.

with a heart shape face i would keep the hair longer to even out the chin. this way they face looks more balanced. for the makeup i would focus more on the eyes and make they mascara more defined to make her eyes open. i would apply a light brown for eyeliner so it looks more natural. i golden eyeshadow would look nice on this face shape as well. it would open up her whole face along with her longer hair cut and face framing.
