I have been at Aveda since October of 2010 and will be graduating in November of 2011, I’m super duper duper excited! Okay so I’m suppose to write about three experiences I’ve had here at Aveda so here is experience numero uno. I recall one time when I went across the street to publix to grab some aqua. On my way back there was tons of ambulances that were not there when I first left. As it turns out there was a bum that drank a gallon of vodka (I only know this because it was standing straight up next to him, empty and he was laying straight down) and fell flat on his face passed out. That was fun and exciting, from this point on I knew the Aveda in downtown St.Petersburg was for the campus me. Experience numero dos, another time as I was innocently using the ladies room and a crack head came in and proceeded to blow dry her hair with the hand dryer in the ladies room. Finally experience numero tres, let me first set the stage for you . There were tornado warnings all over the bay area and I went up to the second floor to call my sons school to make sure he was still alive. As I got back into the elevator to go down to the first floor, the power flashed and the elevator dropped to the first floor and wouldn’t let me out for almost 45 seconds, I almost died. So the moral of all my stories is the St.Petersburg Aveda is never ever boring, even when class is!
