My best Cosmetology advice would be; no matter what age you may be, if you have a passion for beauty, fashion, hair, etc….Follow Your Dreams!! I am forty years old and I debated attending due to my age. I was worried that I was too old for beauty school. After much thought and consideration I decided to come to Aveda and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Yes, I wish I had done this years ago, however, I have already worked many years in the corporate world, and I have raised an amazing son. I feel that I bring a lot of experience and have a lot to offer as an employee. It is my time to shine in a creative light!

There is no better time to do what you love. Follow your dreams and the rest will fall into place. I can’t even begin to explain how rewarding it is to get up every morning and do something that I love, and in the process make people beautiful and happy.

Follow your dreams, follow your heart, and all of your dreams will come true (no matter what your age)!!
