The environment is so important to the AVEDA brand because we have done everything to make our products naturally derived and it is very important for us to just keep growing and just continue to branch out from our products to our charity events, not just the company and the consumers but the whole network. Our mission statement puts it out there perfectly. At AVEDA- “is to care for the world we live in from the products we make, to the ways in which we give back to society. At AVEDA we strive to set an example for environmental leadership and responsibility, not just in the world of beauty, but around the world.” Caring for the environment and people in general is so important to us, and we want to not only make people look and feel more beautiful about themselves we also want to do the same for our planet. All in all, I love what we do, and personally couldn’t imagine not being with AVEDA. It is so rewarding to know that you are helping not only someone feel better about themselves, but you are helping the world as well, from our products being made with so many great natural ingredients like jojoba, and castor oils. Not only that, but I have personally done more charities in the last year with the AVEDA network, than ever before and it has been amazing. From our walk for clean water, shows to raise money for breast cancer, to our beach clean ups. It really has been amazing to be with a “brand” that cares so much about giving back.
